Clear and respectful "Lines of Communication" helps everything run smoothly.
At Redcliff Minor Hockey, we’re committed to creating a supportive and respectful environment for players, families, and volunteers. A key part of that? Following the proper lines of communication.
Here’s how it works:
From Parents/Players > Team Manager or Coach > Division Director > Vice President / President >Executive / Hockey Alberta Committee (if necessary).
Each step is in place to make sure concerns are handled fairly, efficiently, and at the right level.
Jumping ahead can cause confusion, delays, and unnecessary conflict.
By working together and respecting this flow, we keep our association running smoothly and focused on what matters most — the kids!
